Rotino is a for-fun entertainment app. You type any two things, say cactus and dinosaur, and Rotino fuses them into one 3D "Italian Brainrot" creature with its own made-up Italian-sounding name and a one-line lore. Here's what's actually happening, in plain English.
Two words in, one creature out
The only input Rotino needs is the two things you type. Before your first creation, the app asks for your permission to send them to Google Gemini, the AI service that makes each creature. Only if you agree, your two words go through our server to Gemini, which creates the picture, the name and the one-line lore, and the result comes back to your device. The same two words can give you a different creature on a different try.
How we use AI
Every creature is made by AI. Rotino doesn't pull from a fixed library of pre-drawn images; Gemini makes each one from your two words. Results can be unexpected, and now and then a creation fails or is refused by a safety filter. Because results are made by AI, similar pictures may be made for other people, so we can't promise any creature is unique.
What happens to your words
Our server keeps no copy of your words: it holds them only while your request is handled. Your creatures are stored only on your device, in the app's gallery, and you can save them to Photos or share them. There is no account and there are no ads. The privacy policy has the full detail.
It's fiction, for laughs
Rotino's creatures are made up. They are not real people, real animals, real brands, or statements of fact, and their names and lore are invented for fun. Enjoy them, share them, but don't read anything into them beyond the joke.
Keeping it appropriate
Requests for real people, brands, characters that belong to someone else, or anything illegal, hateful or sexual may be refused (see the terms of use). If something ever comes out that doesn't feel right, let us know: we read every message.
